Where they started
A great product,
invisible.
Squatch had a loyal niche and a genuinely overbuilt product — Berry Compliant materials, built in the USA, the kind of pack that makes every other pack you've owned feel disposable. What it didn't have was any digital infrastructure at all. No functioning funnel, no brand voice on paper, no consistent publishing, no paid media, no way to recover an abandoned cart.
In November 2025 the site drew 178 sessions for the entire month — roughly 20 a day.
What we built
Eight deliverables.
One system.
Website rebuild
Rebuilt for conversion, not decoration — product pages, capture points, clean purchase tracking.
Brand voice guide
Mission, audience, tone, and a word bank pulled straight from the founder's own language.
Social management
346 posts across Facebook and Instagram on a fixed cadence from Feb 21 forward.
CTV commercial
Produced and bought on connected TV. 8,921 households reached.
Meta ads funnel
Full funnel launched April 24 — prospecting, retargeting, cart recovery.
Sales sequences
Three email/SMS sequences live inside 30 days, including abandoned-cart recovery.
Affiliate program
Built from zero. First partner signed and active May 2026.
Trade show collateral
Print and booth assets so the brand held up off-screen too.
The numbers
What moved.

In their words
For the last nine years, I have dumped probably close to 15K into digital marketing… and it’s never converted to a sale. At least not a trackable sale… Last night was the first time. We ran this ad, it generated this sale.Chris VickFounder, Squatch Survival Gear · Veteran-owned
Where it goes next
Still running.
The engagement didn't end at delivery. Current work in flight: Klaviyo abandoned-cart and welcome flows to close the gap between checkouts started and orders completed, segmented campaigns to the highest-value customer tier, and continued paid optimization against cost-per-add-to-cart.
That's the difference between a project and a system. The project ships. The system compounds.
