Who we serve
Compliance,
procurement,
and a number
you have to hit.
State agencies, veteran services organizations and mission-driven nonprofits. Five years inside the Department of Veterans Affairs means stylebooks, consent requirements and review cycles are familiar ground, not friction.
The problem
Public-sector
work has rules
vendors keep
breaking.
A commercial production company walks into a state facility and immediately creates three problems: no signed consents on file, footage full of protected health information, and copy that contradicts the agency stylebook. Then the review cycle eats the timeline.
The second failure is measurement. Agencies are accountable for outcomes — applications, enrollments, awareness among a defined population — and most vendors report impressions and call it a day.
We produce against the stylebook from the first call, and we report against the mandate.
Procurement
The paperwork,
up front.
Everything a contracting officer needs to verify us before the first call — certification number, business classifications, and the commodity codes we are listed under in WEBS. If something is missing for your solicitation, ask and we will get it to you the same day.

Watch the work
Made inside
the rules.
“It’s More Than a Job” — the :60 that recruits nurses for four Washington State Veterans Homes. Produced on location at Port Orchard against the agency stylebook, then bought across 29 connected TV services and reported on weekly. Signed consents on file, every frame screened for protected health information.
What that looks like
What we actually
build for you.
Recruitment campaigns
Hiring nurses, caregivers or field staff against private-sector salaries means selling what money can't buy. That's a production problem and a media problem.
Compliance-aware capture
Consent tracking, PHI screening, and subject coaching built into the interview guide before anyone rolls.
Connected TV buying
Reach a defined geography on the living room screen with per-service delivery and completion reporting, fully attributed.
Public information
Benefits, eligibility and service awareness explained so the audience actually retains it.
Weekly platform reporting
Delivery, completion, inventory quality and open items — including the ones that reflect badly on us.
Veteran community fluency
Veteran-owned, and five years running the VA's national social presence to an audience of 5M+.
Where the reps come from
Fifteen years
inside the
rules, not
around them.
This Operation Song feature was produced at the Department of Veterans Affairs, not by ASpark — made during five years on staff as a VA media producer, before this agency existed. It is here because it is the honest answer to “have you done this before?” The stylebooks, the consent process, the review cycles and the subject-matter care that public-sector work demands were learned on the inside. ASpark was built to bring that to agencies from the outside.
