Video strategy & paid distribution · Veteran-owned

Anyone can shoot it.We make it land.

Most production companies hand you a beautiful file and disappear. We build the asset and the machine that puts it in front of the people who actually buy — then report on what it did to your revenue.

The gap we fill

A great video that
nobody sees is
an expensive hobby.

There is no shortage of people who can operate a camera. What's rare is someone who can tell you why you're making the thing, who it has to reach, what it should cost to reach them, and whether it worked.

That's the whole job here. Strategy, production, and distribution under one roof, tied to a number you actually care about — calls booked, carts recovered, applications submitted. If a piece isn't earning, we say so and change it.

Who we build for

Three kinds of client.
One standard of proof.

We're deliberately narrow. These are the rooms where 18 years of experience is worth something the next shop can't fake.

Outdoor Brands

Gear makers, outfitters, guides, and the people who sell to anyone who'd rather be outside. Real-world capture in weather that doesn't cooperate, plus the funnel to sell what you make.

  • Product & field capture
  • Shopify / e-commerce funnels
  • Meta & connected TV
Outdoor brands

Veteran-Owned

Built by people who served, sold by someone who did. Marine Corps combat camera, then five years running social for the VA. No translation required — and no one has to explain the culture.

  • Founder & origin films
  • Brand voice & positioning
  • Retainer growth partnership

Public Sector

State agencies, veteran services, and nonprofits with a recruitment or public-information mandate, a compliance stylebook, and a number they're accountable for hitting.

  • Recruitment campaigns
  • Connected TV buying
  • Compliance-aware production

In their words

For the last nine years, I have dumped probably close to 15K into digital marketing… and it’s never converted to a sale. At least not a trackable sale… Last night was the first time. We ran this ad, it generated this sale.

How the work runs

Strategy first.
Camera second.
Distribution always.

Most shops sell you a shoot and call it a day. The footage looks great and nothing happens. We run the same four steps on every engagement, whether it's a single film or a twelve-month retainer.

Find the bottleneck

A free 15-minute call, then a real diagnostic. Where does your revenue actually stall — awareness, trust, or conversion? We don't recommend video if video isn't the answer.

Build the asset

Pre-production, shot lists, director's treatment, and capture. Eighteen years of real-world, uncontrolled action — Marine Corps combat camera, NASCAR, the VA. We get it in one pass.

Put it in front of buyers

Paid media, connected TV, email, and organic cadence. Pixel and Conversions API installed before a dollar is spent, so we can prove where the money went.

Report against your numbers

Not impressions. Calls, carts, applications, bookings. Monthly reporting in plain English, with the underperformers named out loud.

How we work together

Three ways in.

One campaign with an end date. A monthly system that compounds. Or one person accountable for the whole growth number. The free call is where we work out which one you actually need — and occasionally the answer is none of them.

Project · fixed scope

Produced
& Placed

One thing to launch — a season, a product, a hiring push. We make it properly and we make sure it gets seen.

Judged on: did the campaign hit the number it was built to hit.

Retained · monthly

Content
& Cadence

The problem isn’t one video. It’s that nothing ships consistently and nothing compounds. This is the machine that fixes that.

Judged on: traffic, leads and revenue trending up quarter over quarter.

Strategy
& Spend

One person accountable for the growth number, instead of four vendors pointing at each other. We own the plan and the buy.

Judged on: the business metric you’d defend to a board.

Scope and investment are quoted per engagement — there’s no menu, because a nurse recruitment campaign for a state agency and a gear brand’s Q4 push are not the same job. Ad spend is always billed directly to your own account: you own it, you control it, and it never runs through us.

A different lane

Run a local service business?
Different problem. Different stack.

If you're an HVAC company, a dental practice, an auto shop or a salon in Grays Harbor, you probably don't need a documentary. You need the phone answered and your Google listing fixed. That's a separate offer, priced for a local business.

Let’s Talk — 15 Minutes

This is a short, focused conversation to see what you’re trying to build — and whether I’m the right guy to help you tell it.

No hard sell, no weird agency energy.

In 15–30 minutes, you’ll walk away with:

  • Clarity on what to film (and what to skip)
  • A rough game plan for deliverables and timeline
  • A realistic range on budget and production approach
  • Next steps you can take immediately — even if we don’t work together

Best for: outdoor brands, veteran-owned companies, and teams that want content with grit and strategy behind it.
